Punjab Police has given a notification for the recruitment of Police Constable (except for the vacancies against the sports quota, which shall be filled separately in the District Police Cadre & Armed Police Cadre of the Punjab Police) Vacancies. Qualification

Candidates Should Possess 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Education Board/ University.

In case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum educational qualification shall be Matriculation.

Physical Standard
-
For being eligible for the post of Constable in District & Armed Police, minimum height required for male candidates is 5 feet 7 inches (170.2 cms) and for female candidates is 5 feet 2 inches (157.5 cms).
